The first conversation.
You reach out. You tell Jeremy what you play, what you've owned, what the guitar is for. The first conversation happens in Columbia Falls or over Zoom. Concierge wood selection comes with every commission, so you are looking at actual sets of tonewood, not a catalog.
The design.
Together you choose your model size (one through five, parlor to jumbo), tonewoods, and any options: cutaway, side sound port, arm rest bevel, Manzer wedge, multi-scale fretboard. Sound first, then ergonomics, then aesthetics.
The build.
Once design is finalized and the twenty-five percent deposit is placed, the build begins. Jeremy works alone, one instrument at a time. Photos of the bracing, binding, and neck-shaping arrive throughout, so you see it become a guitar.
The handoff.
French polish on the body. Osmo poly-x on the neck. Final setup, then a five-day approval period when it arrives. If it does not earn full approval, return it for a refund minus shipping.
